I have experience caring for children with autism and have had friends with Cerebral Palsy. I am always attentive to someone's needs no matter how "special" they are. I find that making a situation as "normal" as possible while giving them the care they need is what they prefer. I am empathetic and know what it's like to have to overcome hurdles so I can empathize and come from a place of genuine understanding.
