A little about me and my background! I have been a nanny for a little over two years now with two separate families; before I became a nanny, I was a Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teacher for a private preschool in the Gold Coast. What made me switch from a Pre-K teacher to a nanny? I often babysat for families outside of work with families from the preschool. One family offered me to travel with them for two months to California with their two kids (8 months and 4 years). I fell in love with the one-on-one relationship I could develop with them and plan more curated activities they both loved and needed to work on academically/gross/fine motor-wise. Before moving to Chicago, I was a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for two years; I was known as a floater CNA, where I would train on each hospital and go where I was needed upon my shift to help. I am currently attending school online for my bachelor's in Elementary Education.
