I also have experience with Alzheimer's/dementia patients as well as those with developmental dis-abilities, Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, speech impediments, etc. I also create a personalized client binder for each family I work for where I document fluid/meal intake/output, what tasks are completed throughout the day, medication checklist, exercise completed, cleaning checklist, progress/changes noticed with client, etc. I am very organized, very reliable, and you can depend on me to care for your loved one as though they were my own family.
