Ashley has been phenomenal. She's helping to care for my infant and preschool age sons while I work a couple of days a week. She is super attentive and meets my children were they are. I was particularly impressed with her patience and how she handled challenging behaviors when my preschooler was having an exceptionally rough day and expressing heavy emotions all day. She didn't seem phased and responded with compassion and tried to help him shift into a more positive space. She has been a great for our family and feel thankful for her support.
