As a nurturing and experienced caregiver with three years of experience, I find joy in supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option. My passion for caregiving was ignited when I cared for my 3-month-old niece daily until she turned two. This hands-on experience revealed my natural nurturing side and inspired me to expand my childcare expertise. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, creates a positive and comfortable environment for children. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide verbal updates at pickup, as well as updates via text or phone call, depending on their preferred method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I respectfully follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and a harmonious home environment.
