Arts and crafts are my absolute favorite thing to do, and I have super fun experiments I can show your kiddos (I was the president of the chemistry club and we toured around elementary/middle schools doing them)! From the first trial, Ashley demonstrated that she is an extremely capable and experienced nanny. I had been struggling with short naps for my 3 month old. Ashley was able to get her to nap for almost 2 hours. Since then, she has been an incredible thought partner on tackling sleep hurdles and even lending her "you can do it" attitude for sleep training. Ashley also thinks of creative ways to play with the baby and stays busy during naptime, helping to clean bottles and do the baby's laundry. She's always on time, reliable, and never on her phone. Highly recommend!
