We hired Ashley as a part-time nanny where she provided after school care for our special needs son for about a year. Ashley's strongest trait was her natural curiosity. She became a real partner in our son's care and frequently presented new ideas and strategies for his care. She really listened to his specialists and helped implemented their care plans as well.
