About Ashley

I landed my first position as a newborn care specialist when I was just 18 years old. It required both days and nights on a rotating basis caring for newborn twins. I worked this job while also working toward my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. After graduating, I spent a year in a Montessori classroom of 8 infants while obtaining my Montessori teaching credential. At the closure of that year, I secured my first full-time live-in nanny job. That was over 8 years ago! Since then I have provided full-time care, part-time care, overnight care, and household management for numerous families. For the past 18 months, I have been nannying for a toddler during the day and continuing to build my overnight portfolio. So I am very used to working 24-hr shifts. Families that have employed me often tell me I have a calming presence. I'm highly organized and very dependable. I love to ski, listen to audiobooks, and knit.
