About Ashley

As a caregiver with four years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's development. My calm, creative, and friendly nature makes me a great fit for this role. I believe in clear communication with parents and follow their preferred methods, whether it be verbal at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I enjoy playing board games, educational games, and technology-based games with children. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and have completed coursework in early child development, as well as First Aid and CPR training. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. Ultimately, my greatest reward is seeing the positive impact I have on children's lives.
