About Ashley

Hi, I'm Ashley, and I have been working with children in various capacities since I was 14 years old. My passion for fostering children's growth and development has led me to work in afterschool programs, summer camps, and even high school environments, where I currently serve as a Career Workforce Manager. In my role, I oversee high school students as they support elementary school recess, providing mentorship and guidance while ensuring a positive and safe environment for younger children. I also serve as the Director of an after-school program, where I organize activities, manage staff, and create enriching experiences for children of all ages. In the summer, I transition into the role of Camp Director, where I lead programs, supervise staff, and ensure a fun and safe atmosphere for the kids in our care.
