About Ashley

I have known Ashley for about four years now. She initially worked as a nanny for a student at our preschool. Last year, when I was short-staffed, the parents she was nannying for sent me an email with a glowing recommendation. Following an interview, Ashley was hired to work with me in a preschool classroom. During her time with us, Ashley was completing her psychology degree, and her knowledge and experience have been incredibly beneficial in supporting the social and emotional development of students. She has a natural ability to observe, assess, and address the unique needs of each child. Her thoughtful approach to conflict resolution, emotional processing, and classroom transitions has been invaluable. As the preschool director, I often juggle multiple responsibilities. Ashley’s expertise in social-emotional support has not only improved classroom management and student interactions but has also allowed me to focus more on teaching. She builds strong relationships with families, regularly checking in, providing feedback, sharing daily updates through our school platform, and offering thoughtful strategies to support students at home. I am deeply saddened that Ashley will be relocating next school year. She will be a tremendous asset to any family or school setting, and we will greatly miss her presence in our community.
