Hi! I am a preschool teacher and nanny. I previously was a toddler teacher and childcare worker; I love working with kids! My husband and I are moving to NJ/NYC (we are in the process of apartment shopping) with our two adorable cats due to my husband's job with the State Department. I have my BA in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. I am passionate about creating a fun and safe environment that encourages the early childhood development of the kiddos! I also love getting to know each of the kids' individual interests and incorporating those interests into their learning process. I am passionate about cultures and languages and have worked with kids all across the globe! I've worked in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Germany, as well as nannying in my hometown of Kalamazoo, MI. I have incorporated Sign Language (ASL), German, and Spanish into my lessons as a teacher. I love coming alongside kiddos as they learn and explore the world around them!

Ashley was the child care teacher for two of our children at a daycare and preschool. She always went above and beyond for our children. She was an excellent communicator which we always appreciated. She helped us work through some challenges and special needs for our son and we will be forever grateful to her. She cares about the kids that she works with so much and I would highly recommend her.
