About Ashley

I'm passionate about supporting families and fostering children's growth and development. As a caregiver with three years of experience, I enjoy creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children to learn and play. I have experience caring for children of various ages, from toddlers to preteens. I have some college education that has helped me further my understanding of child development and best practices for child care. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships with them. I prioritize open communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their child's day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while still ensuring a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for the children in my care. I'm proficient in English and Spanish. I have a car, so transportation isn't an issue. I also have experience with pets.
