Hello! I am 21 years old and I know me not having paid experience could raise some red flag for parents but I do have quite a bit of unpaid experience. Majority of my life i've looked after my sister, cousins, and family friends, I've learned to deal with tantrums and the kid zoomies while my time with them. I will say I have the least amount of experience with kids 0-11mo but I am so willing to learn. I have my own transportation so there's no need to worry about me not making it or having a ride.
