Ashley was with us from the time our son was 3 or 4 months old till he was 13 months. She is Patient, trust worthy, flexible and responsible. Follows directions well. She was always very loving and attentive with our son, but also gave him enough space to learn independence. She was willing to take on extra responsibilities. She even went to his doctors’ appointments with us, attended his physical therapy sessions, made friends with other families with young kids in our neighborhood, and took our son on play dates. She was comfortable with trying new things to help our son develop and grow. She got along well with our parents and was always polite. As new parents, Ashley made us feel at ease and even helped us become more confident and relaxed parents. We highly recommend her to anyone.
