Adults, whether you're learning to swim for fitness or train for a triathlon; I'm here to help. Hi! I'm Ashley. I have a BA in Sociology and am pursuing my license in sports massage therapy. I'm a former competitive swimmer, water polo player, and now an amateur triathlete and coach. I grew up in Newport Beach, started swim team at 5, competed with NOVA, and played D1 water polo in high school. I also did the Newport Beach Junior Lifeguard program (Div D to A) and serve as an Ocean Lifeguard. Freestyle was my strength, but backstroke was my fave. I stepped away due to health issues but returned to the sport through triathlon training and rediscovered my love for the water. I'm passionate about helping others reach their potential in the water!
