About Ashley

I've always loved working with children, and I'm drawn to the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives. With two years of experience as a childcare provider, I've had the chance to work closely with families to support the growth and development of their children. I'm a patient and creative individual, and I pride myself on being friendly and approachable. Regular communication is essential, so I make sure to provide updates to parents about their child's day, either through text or phone calls. I'm also happy to follow any preferred communication methods that parents may have. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and creating a structured environment for children. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children with board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I hold some college coursework in early child development, I currently work at an elementary school and am taking a full time course load at UCCS.
