Ashley was late for her first day by 30 minutes. Her phone was also not working. She said it was a provider issue. She was again late the next day, and asked me for payment that day when we discussed weekly. I obliged, though, and her phone suddenly turned on. She then cancelled on me the next two days of her first week, the first due to another job and the second due to weather. We discussed if she had a reliable vehicle and she never mentioned the other job would interfere with our schedule. I honestly think she needed money for her phone bill and worked as much as she needed to get the money and then came up with excuses to hopefully be let go. Terrible experience and it makes me sad she wasted our time and spent time with our family and our child. Do not recommend.
