I'd describe my personality as happy and positive. I'm a very upbeat person. I like caring for people with special needs because you can see the individual growth. You can become a stepping stone in there growth. I'm looking for a job that shows me growth. I want to learn and become a better version of me and for the company. I started caring for people with special needs shortly after graduating high school. Started work in a day program for 4 years and currently working with children. One thing you should know about me is I'm caring , loving and patient. I will treat the individual with the most respect and dignity. I am patient because I know the individual has there own process time. Therefore I just need to wait and take my time. My skills include patience , understanding and compassionate . I'm understanding because I know the client can be on the spectrum or just a child or adult and needs guidance.
