I am currently teaching College and Career Readiness to 11th and 12th graders at a small non-public school in San Diego. I am also in a doctoral program for Educational Leadership at San Diego State University. I earned my master's in Special Education at Florida International University and my bachelor's in Special Education at University of West Florida. My passion is to help adults with special needs live fulfilling and independent lives through well-aligned employment and educational experiences. I am seeking to work with individuals one-on-one that would like to gain post-secondary educational experiences (including vocational, trade schools etc.) and employment experiences that are aligned with their personal strengths and interests. I will assist students in gaining the executive functioning and life skills needed to live as independently as possible according to their needs. I believe every person should have access to advanced employment, promotions, and livable salaries
