My mom had a day care my whole life. I helped her when I was old enough. I also had my own babysitting jobs when I was 12 - 18. Throughout high school and even after for a while, I worked with mentally challenged adults. After that I got a job working with Autistic children. At the age of 24 I had my own child, the year was 1993. In 1998 I had twins then in 1999 I had my youngest. They are all grown now. I always loved kids. Now that mine are grown and I'm not working anymore, I thought baby sitting would be perfect for me. Even if it's not a permanent position, if you just need to get out or get some shopping done, I'm willing to do that as well. I'm 55 but I don't feel like I'm 55. Once kids get used to me, they all seem to really like me.
