About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as honest, intellectual, confident, & resilient. I like working with kids because I could witness growth & development within the child, also build a relationship with the child family; being able to be that extra set of help to a family in need is the best, & to be able to be there mentally for the child. I'm looking for a job that has opportunities, growth, & information. I started working with kids when I was in high school and I had to do community service and I volunteer at a daycare for 3 weeks and I did volunteered at a elementary school also. So I started to babysit starting from 3 months old babies to 12 years old. In my spare time, I like to workout, calculate time, plan my day, & meditate in my garden. One thing you should know about me is I'm very consistent, punctual, I'm very observant. My skills include preparation, organization, guiding, & maintaining.
