Ashley started nannying full time for us when our son was 4 months old and was with us until he was a year old. We won the lottery in childcare when we hired Ashley. She is responsible, timely, dependable, and learns family routines quickly. But most of all, she gives her whole heart when she's with our son and is so so sweet and that is something that is very hard to find. Our son lights up when Ashley is around and loves to play with her. She has become family and in my opinion and my husband's opinion anyone would be lucky and blessed to have Ashley watching their children. And my husband rarely likes everyone I hire for childcare, so that is the highest praise.
