My name is Ashley. I have finished getting my teaching license in elementary education K-6 with an endorsement in special education K-12. I received my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction in 2017. I am now at VCU pursuing my Ph. D in Special Education. I have worked with students who have autism and other disorders as a Special Education Teacher. I taught math to students in 4th-12th grade. I have experience with using behavior management strategies and crisis intervention. I have, also, worked with students in a general education setting that was k-6. I am now a Coordinator of Special Education for an elementary school PK-5th grade. As an educator, I have been finger printed and had a background check from Henrico, Chesterfield, and Hanover County which can be given if needed. I have an excellent driving record which can be provided as well. I am certified in giving medications, first aid, and CPR.
