About Ashley

I've always had a passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. My positive experiences in babysitting roles further solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I bring with me three years of childcare experience and am comfortable caring for up to four children of varying ages. I'm a patient, calm, creative, and friendly individual. I believe that open and honest communication with parents is key, so I provide regular updates on their child's day and address any concerns that arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and am flexible in adapting to their preferred communication methods. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have some college education and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I also have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only speak English.
