When it came to caring for my children, she was great. My girls liked her a lot. Unfortunately, one week she called in sick Monday and Tuesday, then stopped returning my calls and texts all together from Wednesday on with no explanation, and left me scrambling for care for my girls the rest of the week. I logged into care.com and noticed her hours of availability had changed. I understand that things change and life happens, but to be ghosted like like is frustrating.
