I have over 10 years experience as a personal (unpaid) live-in caregiver for a family member who had a stroke. Experience with wheel chairs, hoyer/lifts, medication management, bathing, etc. I am a special education teacher and have 18 years of experience in the education field (8 as a teacher and 8 in school administration). Depending on the situation, I can help with transport, homework help, cooking, cleaning, etc. I have had adult/pediatric first aid & CPR certification. I also have had 4 children of my own (now ages 12, 14, 16, 18) with an amazing coparenting atmosphere. We're a competitive, artsy, outdoorsy family. From games, to sports, to crafts, to fishing and camping. Any or all of which I love to bring to the table as a caregiver.
