Hello! My name is Ashley, and I have years of experience providing care and companionship for older adults, with specific experience in dementia, cataplexy, and narcolepsy. I am passionate about supporting seniors with kindness, patience, and understanding. I am especially comfortable working with individuals who have mental health needs, such as depression, anxiety, or dementia. My background as a certified trauma and resiliency life coach, along with experience in mental health services, has equipped me to create a calm and supportive environment.
