She came for an interview, we liked her. She came for first day 2 days later, arrived 30 min late (cited traffic, ok). But then next job was only 2 weeks later, confirmed by text 7 days ahead, NO SHOW AT ALL. No call, no text, no nothing. By then I was 2 hours away and my poor husband was frantic--confined to his bed until I could quit my competition and rush home....disrupting both our days and causing a LOT of mental stress to both of us and physical stress to my paraplegic husband.
