We conducted a phone interview with Ashley. She was very interested in the job. We texted back and forth and set up a time she agreed to and she was a no show! I texted her several Times the day or and after to see if something came up and she did not return any texts. As working parents it's not easy to juggle everything to make time to meet someone at a public place for an interview and for them to have no regard for that. I find a lot of people including us have had that experience.
