About Ashley

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with over a decade of experience, I'm passionate about creating a safe environment for children. My journey into caregiving began with fulfilling babysitting roles & owning my own daycare. It instilled in me a deep desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I believe in fostering a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Open communication is key, so I provide written daily reports, have verbal conversations at pickup, and give regular updates via text or phone calls. I happily follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules. My favorite games to play with children are outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I hold a college degree in Human Resources & I was a CNA for 7 years. I'm also First Aid and CPR, & Pediatric CPR trained. Aside from childcare, I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and supervising swim.
