I have been babysitting since the age of 14 for families around my neighborhood. I have tons of experience from ages 3 months, up till 15 years old, I've worked as a nannying, a swim instructor at Lifetime, As well as an ABA therapist working with children and young adults with autism. I am very good with children and will give them my full 100% attention. I am very trustworthy, reliable, responsible, creative, and, a loving person. Our family worked with Ashley from 3/27/23 - 6/16/23. She was really sweet with our 6 month old daughter and we enjoyed working with her. Unfortunately she was not dependable and had a lot of last minute things come up. Causing my husband and I to have to scramble last minute to figure out work and care for our daughter. Our time with Ashley abruptly ended when she stopped showing up to work with no calls or texts to explain her absence. We had to go ahead and move forward with another solution for childcare so that my husband and I could get back to work. Sadly I would not be able to recommend her, due to the accountability/dependability issues and lack of communication.
