I have known Ashley for approximately 1.5 years. We worked together in 2013 with Ashley Job Shadowing myself - Intensive Probation Officer. During our work together, Ashley demonstrated excellent skills including but not limited to academic knowledge, social skills and social work cores. Ashley presents with excellent social skills: empathetic, takes initiative, non-judgmental and confident in her skills. Ashley was able to work with some of my families that are much oppressed in a kind, genuine, sensitive nature. In summary, she will make a great asset to your population and I would proudly recommend her for employment.
