About Ashley

Hello! My name is Ashley! I am 32 years of age and have many years experience in childcare. I started babysitting at just 10 years old. I come from a large family, so I got started early! I started my journey in a daycare center, where I worked with the infants and toddlers for 10 years. In my 10 years at the center, I also cared for children ages 2-12 as well. I have experience caring for children- in a calm, loving manner, creating lesson plans for crafts and learning, teaching basic skills as well as a little bit of sign language. I have taken many courses over the years to learn different ways of teaching, caring & guiding each child, based on their specific needs; Every child is different! I would also like to take a moment to add that I am very adamant about following each parents wants and needs for their child. I believe everyone has the right to choose how they would like to raise their child so I am very respectful when it comes to parents' wishes.
