About Ashley

I have 4 years of experience as a childcare provider. As a current elementary school tutor, I find immense joy in working with children and helping them grow. My calm and patient personality allows me to connect with each child individually. I prioritize open communication with parents and prefer regular text updates throughout the day. I'm very empathetic and patient with children. I have experience enforcing school and household rules gently but firmly, ensuring a structured environment. My favorite activities with children include arts and crafts, board games, puzzles, and musical activities. In my free time I love going to concerts, listening to music, and crocheting. I'm am happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. I'm certified in First Aid Training, CPR Training, and I have a certificate from Prevent Child Abuse Utah. I've also completed many hours of Professional Development training and have experience teaching children SEL (social emotional learning) skills.
