About Ashley

I am a reliable and responsible childcare provider with nearly 15 years of experience. I have provided childcare for children ranging from 3 months to 15 years old. I am a NYS licensed teacher and hold a master's degree in education. I have worked as a NYC public school teacher (5+ years) at both the elementary and intermediate levels and as a private, part-time nanny for several families. I have also worked as a tutor for high school, college, and graduate level students. I recently left my position in public education and am looking forward to continuing my work in childcare via a nanny position. In the past, I have been certified in CPR & as a lifeguard. While I don't hold current certification in CPR or as a lifeguard, I do possess the skills necessary to perform these tasks if necessary. I also speak Spanish at an intermediate level (not completely fluent, but well enough to teach your young child some Spanish, should you wish).
