I am looking to help provide transportation to dr. visits, errand running, light housekeeping, companionship, light meal prep (can't say I am a 5 star chef..), and other needs for your loved on. I would love to help in the capacity I was able to with my mom. Prior to caregiving for my mom, I worked at a Holistic cardiac rehab program holding group support sessions and stress management sessions, as well as helping out during exercise and other parts of the program. A lot of our participants were seniors and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment with that age group. I also teach chair yoga and meditation at senior centers. I love animals so Pet sitter available.
