About Ashley

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and I'm motivated by the opportunity to support families by providing reliable childcare. As a patient, friendly, and compassionate individual, I understand the importance of clear communication with parents and always follow their preferred method, whether that's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. Although I only have one year of experience caring for children, I have worked as a school social worker, BHP, and behavioral specialist for 7 years. I'm comfortable caring for one-two children at a time. I have a graduate degree and am working toward my clinical counseling license. I'm also First Aid and CPR certified, and I've completed training in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as well as educational games that promote learning. I'm also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
