Hi! I'm Ashley your mature, college educated child care provider. I'm studying to be a doula so I can help women transition from womanhood to motherhood with love and support. I have experience as a behavioral therapist and enjoy RIE philosophy when working with kiddos. I also provide early preventative work with toddlers (meaning I help them get ready for preschool and TK). I specialize in socializing, sharing, functional communication, and imaginative play. My specialty is working with newborns and can help with sleep training and baby sign language. I love reading, singing and bringing music into children's lives. I'm training for my black belt in Krav Maga (self defense) so your child/ren are VERY safe in my care. I coach at a gym as well so I'm physically able to keep up with your toddler or child. Ashley has been the BEST thing to come into my life. When looking for someone to care for your baby while navigating going back to work, it can be the most stressful thing for a new mom. My journey was HORRIBLE until I met Ashely. She was kind, communicative and receptive to anything I asked her when we were first talking about her watching my daughter. Ashley has brought so much joy to my daughter’s life, she LIGHTS UP any time Ashley walks into the room. The love, care, and attention Ashley brings each day is unmatched. Ashley is a no screens type of gal and it is so refreshing to have someone’s full attention on my daughter playing, singing and interacting. Being a type A mom, I was worried about my daughter’s schedule being maintained without me following up every step of the way. But with each transition and milestone change, Ashley has picked up and mastered each new schedule with no issues. I could not recommend Ashley more. My oldest daughter, who is in school, will even ask to stay home to play with “Ms.Ashley” and that it’s “not fair” that her sister gets all the fun.
