About Ashley

Hi! My name is Ashley! A little about myself, I currently live in the beautiful town I grew up in, Manasquan. My current full time position is a nanny share, working with 3 different families while maintaining a large network doing date night sitting. I have experience with all age ranges; as per working in a daycare for just over 3 years. Although having experience with children that are neurotypical, I specialize with children who are differently abled (autism, adhd, down syndrome) etc. I thrive off of schedules, routines, tidiness and I love to have a plan to have an organized day. I feel with children, they need to have structure mixed with creative activities and tons of outside time. I have been nannying for about 8yrs now and absolutely love what I do, I take total pride in my job and genuinely have a passion to help children learn & love to see them grow and be successful, as well as be as much assistance as I can to the parents!
