I have such a heart for kids with special needs. I used to volunteer with Young-life, for kids with special needs. I have been a nanny for kids, specifically with autism over the past 6 years. I have also watched a little girl with brain damage. I had a bit of ABA training, worked with a company for a bit, before moving on and nannying for families who needed more one on one, day to day help. I am willing to learn and work with the child, but also learn from the family as to what best fits their needs. I don't just want to sit back, I desire to fully invest. To learn and do what I can to be help. Be a friend and/or a caretaker. I look forward to working with your family. : )
