I interviewed Ashleigh to care for my four month old baby but she ghosted me when I was expecting her to come work for me the next day. I still have no idea what happened but would have preferred proper communication. Even an "I'm sorry but this doesn't seem like a good fit" would have been much better than being a no-show and leave me scrambling to find help.
