About Ashlee

I'm a nurturing childcare provider with a passion for making a positive impact on children's lives. My background includes previous babysitting roles as well as being a student athlete and a senior at cb east high school. where I developed a patience, creative, and excellent communication skills. I believe in open and regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication style. When enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring respect for their parenting style. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational activities that promote learning. With one year of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to five children, ranging from infants to preteens. I've completed coursework in early child development, as well as First Aid and CPR training, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care.
