About Ashlee

Hello, my name is Ashlee, and I am 25 years old. I have a deep passion for working with children and take great pride in serving as a positive role model. I graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Justice Studies and a minor in Justice & Families. Following my graduation, I spent a fulfilling year at the YMCA of Montclair, where I worked in various departments, including the Teen Department, and served as a Camp Counselor. Additionally, I volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters, further strengthening my experience in mentorship and child development. With over two years of childcare experience, I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children. I am also happy to assist with additional tasks such as light housekeeping. My goal is to provide a supportive and engaging space where children can thrive.
