About Ashlee

I'm a former CPS caseworker with a deep understanding of ensuring child safety and fostering children's growth and development. I've been working in this field for two years and have experience caring for children of all ages. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love coming up with fun and engaging activities for children. I also understand the importance of communication with parents and I keep them updated on their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, but I do so in a positive and gentle way. I believe in teaching children why rules are important and helping them to understand the consequences of their actions. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and have experience with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have a college degree and am certified in CPR and First Aid.
