I also help take care of my friend's four young boys while she goes to work; the ages of the boys are 3 years old, 2 years old and twin boys who are 8 months old. Also, I have worked for a family taking care of their daughter and two of their nieces, age range of girls are 1 to 7 years old. Two summers ago, . Ashlee has been our on-call babysitter for our 3 year old son since August 2013. She has always presented herself professionally and appropriately since I first interviewed her for the position. Ashlee has always been very responsive and proactive in her communication (i.e. responding back to requests for childcare very promptly, and checking in every month for any childcare needs). With very little notice or changing/tentative plans with our work schedules Ashlee has been available to meet our childcare needs on many occasions. Ashlee interacts with our son very well and is excellent at adapting activities and playtime to his needs/desires. Ashlee has been a great asset for my husband and I to have a reliable source of childcare for our son.
