About Ashlan

I've wanted to be an elementary school teacher for the past year, and I've spent the last four years working as a childcare provider to gain experience working with children of all ages. I have recently worked as a pre-school teacher and I loved it! I'm also a patient, calm, and friendly individual, which makes me well-suited for this role. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and will follow their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. As far as enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead and expectations, ensuring that the children are safe and well-behaved. My favorite games to play with children are outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I'm also comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, and I have experience working with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have a college degree and am certified in both CPR and First Aid.
