I am a 33-year-old childcare worker with a motherly heart towards children. I have been a caregiver for children since the age of 15. Throughout my childcare career I have worked mainly with infants and toddlers but have also been a sub. teacher in other classrooms aging from 3yrs-5yrs. In my years in childcare I took the positions of an administrator and also an assistant director which gave me the opportunity to experience being in management. While childcare has been a wonderful experience I have reached the point where I find deep joy & love connecting with a single family and helping in the growth of a child individually. I am willing to go above and beyond in caring for your child/children, incorporating not only the teaching aspect of childcare but also the love of a personal caregiver. Ashiley is beyond amazing! Ashiley worked in our home for more than seven months. I work very long hours and Ashiley was always on time with a great attitude. She consistently worked over 30 hours a week with our infant daughter and two dogs. Ashiley always took great initiative, going above and beyond our expectations. She has an extensive background in child development and structured our daughter's play to be fun and entertaining, as well as educational. Our daughter was always so excited to see her walk through the door!
