Hello! My name is Ashia and I'm currently a senior at the University of Houston pursuing a major in Psychology. I am extremely passionate about working with children and have worked with them for as long as I can remember! I started a neighborhood tutoring business in my neighborhood when I was around 15, and established a rather decent clientele. When I moved on campus I eventually had to let tutoring go and pursued positions in childcare management at establishments like the YMCA and Primrose. I currently nanny for a family part time in West University, and babysit for a few families in the surrounding area. I want to start tutoring again, especially over the summer for kiddos who could use the extra help or just want to be ahead for the upcoming school year. I also have experience working with children with ADHD/ADD, Dyslexia, and Testing Anxiety!
