About Ashanti

I've been caring for children for over six years every summer at my local summer camp and after school programs and have a passion for helping them learn, grow, and develop. I have cared for ages from 3-13 years old and I have loved the experiences that come with working with children. For the last 2 years, I have solely worked with my pre-k kids 3-5 years old! I read to them, do yoga with music, arts and crafts that can be science and nature related, take walks and play on the playground, dance to age appropriate music, free time with toys, and just spending time and talking and getting to know them. I'll always let you know how your child's day went, and I'm happy to discuss any concerns that may come up. I'm confident that I can provide your child with a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your family and helping your child reach their full potential and be another person in their life they can look up to.
