Hi there! I've been nannying (both live-in and live-out) for about 10 years now. I began nannying during my time as an undergrad at UConn where I studied Human Dev. and Family Science. I stayed with that family for 3 years. Some responsibilities included: pick up/drop offs, meal prep, house manager skills, traveling, ensuring children reach developmental milestones. Thereafter I continued on with my studies and obtained my graduate degree from NYU in School Counseling. During this time I worked for various families which allowed me to juggle both school and work. Soon after graduating I then entered my career. I was a school counselor for 2 years for all grades. Greatly enjoyed but deeply missed nannying. I am open to both live-in or live-out. I do have a small pet. My goal as a nanny is to work with parents in helping children meet their emotional needs and developmental milestones. While allowing parents to feel as though they can rely on me.
